I had the dough hook in and was using it for a normal recipe when it just abruptly stopped working. Tried everything to reset it, took it apart, it's just dead.

We bought the Artisan series instead and are very happy

Mixing of ingredients is bit hard if the bowl isn’t full half way. Overall great mixer does the trick and saves my arms from tiredness of using a hand mixer.
