    Would love to give you a great review. Unfortunately the Beater was frozen on and we were not able to get it off and so we called Kitchen Aid and they are going to send out a replacement and it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get. :( Larry E

    Was very excited to try out my new mixer but was disappointed by its shaking when making cookie dough. Have to call customer service to see if they can help me with the needed adjustments. I have great hope!

    I feel cheated. This item went on sale 2 weeks after purchase for almost half the price. Additionally when kneading bread dough it needs to be watched and held down as it tries to pivot up.

    Yes, they're expensive, but there's a reason KitchenAid mixers are so coveted. This model has a glass bowl, which is great to be able to see the dough/batter/etc. as it's being mixed.
