Nice looking, but very heavy

I have ordered a pad to put under it so I can slide it back and forth as my top cupboards are too low to tilt the head. I would like a beater with the scraper as the dough "runs up" the sides and needs scraped back down.

I love mine and use it so much because it makes baking much easier. Especially when it comes to mixing up certain cookies, cakes etc. I’d recommend this to anyone that loves to bake a lot. Bought my daughter one because she uses mine a lot.

Surprised it lasted that long. I have been wanting a kitchenaid stand mixer for years and FINALLY found it on sale. This thing is a beast. Very heavy, solid construction and a workhorse. It has performed flawlessly for the last month and a half of regular use. This machine is equally as solid as my kitchenaid pro blender and far outperforms my former stand mixer!! Hopefully this one will outlast my former mixer too!
