If you like to cook and bake , you should treat yourself to a stand mixer. My daughter and I love to make cookies and home made marshmellows and while they where good till they gave me this mixer we just did not know what we where missing. Things just are fuller and take so much less time . I can know bake a batch of cookies in less then 1\2 hour.

I bought the 5 quart Kitchen aid stand mixer recently. This is easy to set up and also easy to use. The instructions are very clear too. This is definitely useful (albeit the price can a bit lower). I did buy a microwave cart-stand to go along with it since my apartment does not have the necessary counter space in the kitchen.

After burning up several low quality mixer this has been used almost daily for months.

Gone are the days of whisking by hand. This is perfect for mixing up some fresh dough. I can’t wait to get the different attachments and start using it for everything

This is a great mixer...wonderful power for making bread dough, etc. Although the mixer arrived with 3 scuff marks on one side in which I did not notice until after it was unpacked and the box had already been thrown away (for recycling).

For the fashion-forward baker. There are so many colors to choose from, it is perfect to leave out in the corner of the kitchen as an accent piece. It makes a great wedding gift! It's a must have for anyone at any level of baking expertise.

Love this mixer ! I love that i can do other things while the mixers doing the mixing ! Like having a little helper . I'm ready to get all the accessories !

It's the classic KitchenAid Artisan mixer. I purchase a lot of these for , and I have yet to have any problems reported to me. Plenty of colors to choose from, and you can trust the quality.

Having been diagosed with a gluten intolerence, I started making my own bread and pasta. This makes the process so much easier, especially with the bread, Glad I didn't wait any longer.

The first week I went a bit overboard baking breads, cheese cakes, angle food cake. We even purchased and ice cream maker. This mixer is a joy to work with. Great Christmas gift.

The KitchenAid Standing mixer has been the most fun appliance I have ever bought. Every Christmas I use to make cheese bisquits by hand, now with my dough hook it's become a breeze and I can make twice as many with the same effort. Before pound cakes overwhelmed my hand mixers, now the kitchenaid can handle with no problem. It is by far my handiest appliance in my kitchen.

Bought this item for my wife for Christmas. I bought the wrong color. When we tried to exchange it for the color she wanted, we were told we would have to pay the new price which is over $120 more. Contacted customer service who gave us the run around and then said to go back to the store just to repeat the process. The color makes the model number different. So essentially Best Buy’s exchange policy is a lie. Their sales are a bait and switch. I even have screen shots of the chat saying the store had some we could exchange but it turned out to not be true. No wonder stores keep closing.

I absolutely love this mixer!! It is very sleek and stylish, while at the same time getting the job done with ease.

This thing is an amazing kitchen necessity! Everyone should have one!

Works great but the pour spout lids really doesn't work very well. I am happy with it.

What is there to say? It's a great mixer. The unit and mixing attachments that come with it are great, but a huge plus is that there are scads of other pieces (meat grinder, pasta maker, etc.) for the hardcore home chef. With Kitchenaid, just pick your color and you will be a happy camper.

I personally love more the Artisan! It moves amazing for frosting!! I really love it!

my wife owns one of these and loves it. her grandma and mother have one as well and would not trade it for anything.
