Only used this machine once but so far its perfect.

My review is two-fold. 1. The dishwasher was great until it started leaking. When we pulled it out, apparently it had been leaking more than we knew. All of the hardwoods were warped underneath and in front of it! It is less than a year old, so I was quite surprised when this happened. 2. When Best Buy sent a repairman, he didn't even have the right part to fix it. My husband actually found the problem and turned the waater off to the dishwasher so it would stop leaking. The repairman had to order parts, and it will be over a week from when I called for the repair until they come again to try and fix it.

Purchased this dishwasher 1 year back.Within one year Kitchen Aid Service team replaced Control panel twice, Dishwasher Dispenser once & on 11/15/2012 once again Control panel dead. Dishwasher Not working at all. Hopefully Kitchenaid will cover this under 5 years Parts/Labor. My sincere recommendation: stay AWAY from this brand.

Bought this as our first upgrade in 15 years. Replaced a builders grade GE that never had a problem, just started not cleaning well. Dishes seemed less clean, took forever to wash and drying was huorrile! Inside of the stainless steel cabinet never drys. Start stinking after one day. We even had it replaced by a brand new one and same issue. Buyer beware!

Poor quality. Wheels fall off, drawer slides come out. It is a piece of junk!! Kitchen Aid should be ashamed to sell such a poorly design machine.
