I made the purchase for my mother. She loves it, she pays attention to details like texture of the cake and the consistency of the mixing. She said it is agreat mixer. She has not stopped making cakes.

Even thou I love this Mixer we should of looked around for a better price. As for the Kitchenaid product you cant go wrong. This just replaced the Mixer I received from my Grandmother that she had from the 50s. Great Product!

My husband surprised me with this for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. I am not a person who bakes a ton of things so I don't know if there are better models out there for people who do. But for the basic person who makes mashed potatoes, cookies at Christmas, and occasionally does other baking, this is perfect. Comes with a couple of attachments that I haven't used yet. Easy to use and easy to clean.

Sturdy and powerful! Excellent mixer!! I do, however, recommend purchasing the splatter shield to keep the mess to a minimum!

I brought this stand mixer as a early Christmas present for myself and I absolutely love it! I brought it about a week before Thanksgiving and instead of mixing with a bowl and spoon, I did all of my mixing in the stand mixer. You can mixer everything from dough to pies to cakes! The only thing I didn't like was the bowl didn't have a handle but I went out and brought one with a handle! Also, Best Buy let me price match this mixer so I ended up getting a pretty good deal.

I never knew baking could be so easy. I've been using a hand mixer with a regular bowl for years. I finally decided to invest in a Kitchenaid once I had a series of discounts available to me. I must say this is one of the best investment interests I've ever made. It had more than enough power to mix my first cake - a poundcake. I will say that if you have bigger cake recipes, that this model may have too small of a mixing bowl - 4.5Q. For me, this works great.

The blender? Write what you think about it. I used it twice, and cut myself. Oh, the mixer? Ah, sorry. I like the attachments. But don’t say anything about those, they might be down lower and cost extra. My son sent me a picture of his, I guess he made pancakes? I haven’t really used it as a mixer. I’m telling you though, I do love that meat grinder. That’s what I bought myself last year for Christmas.

This is a great product. When we made sausage balls for the holidays, the one thing I always dreaded was mixing the ingredients. There was the dry mix, one pound of sausage, 16 oz. of cheese, and it gives your hands and wrists a workout to the point soreness in mixing the ingredients by hand. The KitchenAid stand mixer makes it a pleasure.
