Easy to use, sturdy, and multipurposeful!

I use it at least once a week to mix bread doughs and dessert batters. I bought some attachments that allow me to use it with pasta rollers, further increasing its usefulness! One negative thing is that the original three beater attachments don't reach all the way to the bottom of the bowl, which sometimes causes undermixing. I've fixed it by just finishing off my mixing with a spatula.

The powerful motor makes mixing easy, even with heavy things like pasta dough (when the dough sometimes gets a bit on the dry side). The return for the price is totally worth it, and when you consider the offering of accessories to attach, makes it even better. You will not be disappointed.
