What a solid piece of kit. We have a lot more time to learn how to cook so we made this purchase. This is something every kitchen should have. It's solid metal construction feels like it could easily take on any job. No issues so far.

Bought a mixer for my daughter. We use it all the time to make cupcakes for her friends birthdays. Never had a problem with the mixer.

Everyone talks about getting a KitchenAid mixer, and now I understand why. If you only have simple needs, then this model is the way to go. It does everything you ask it to without problems. I wish there was another color option for the classic model, but other than that we love it.

We bought this during the holiday rush. While other places were selling it for over $200, I got a great deal of $180 for this. I have been wanting one for awhile and it did not disappoint. It works well especially when I use it for my sweet confections.

We use it for making butter from heavy cream, the grinder attachment is good for grinding beef for hamburger and pork for sausage. We don't eat bread so we use it for the grinder attachment and the paddle works as a butter churn.

I am/was a baker for 17 years. Though I had to simplify commercial recipes to accommodate the smaller mixer, it nevertheless proved its abilities to me. I have used the dough hook on dinner rolls and garlic knots - works great on dough not exceeding 3 lbs., you can't overdo it! I used the flat beater for muffins and cheese filling,again, works great with small batches. I haven't used the whip yet.

Being a culinary student this makes things very easy. I'm able to multi-task even more and able to do a quick clean up in between tasks while it "does its own thing". I wouldn't be caught without one in my kitchen, absolutely a great product and a great deal when bought at Best Buy! What are you waiting for, buy one!!!

works as well as the expensive ones so far had my younger sister bought one last year and spent three times my price and tried mine out and said work as well but only no spill proof lid, if I need it I can buy one later but haven't seen a need for it yet

Needed help for Passover! The KitchenAid Mixer became my new best kitchen friend. Don't think we would have had such a delicious meal without it, cut my prep time in half, and my flourless chocolate cake was the best yet. Used to take me forever to beat all those eggs, done in minutes!

Comes with everything you need to get mixing. The motor is powerful, and the tools reach all of the dough once it gets spinning. The one negative I have is that the bowl needs a handle

Great product for the price. Makes life a lot easier in the kitchen. The only thing I regret is getting a 4.5 quart because we have a lot of people to feed in the family and I wish I would have gotten a bigger bowl!

this is a great product. there's really no doubt about the quality, just the price/availability. We bought it at a pretty good price. Really like the stainless steel as well.

I got it for my girl as a Christmas gift. She works with her hands so it's hard for her to mix. It powers right through cream cheese.

This is to replace the mixer that I had for over 25 years. It's just as good as I remembered my old one to be when it was new! The price was the best I've seen in years and I don't think you'd find a better price. Thanks Best Buy. :)

I've always used portable mixers but this one is so much easier. So glad I bought it for myself.
