Item is wobbly and over heat when attempted to use.

It is not like I expected yet price is really good

I purchased this item for my brother for Christmas. It arrived on time, but that's where things go downhill. He set up to make a cake, and it wouldn't turn on. After much troubleshooting and a call to Kitchen Aid. It was determined to be factory defective. He returned it to your Coral Springs store only to be told none in stock, here's a gift card, go buy something else. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT RESPONSE! In my opinion, that's not even close to the right response. Even if you get the mixer back in stocks, the gift card won't be enough to cover the price.

We are facing challenges with the product. Since day 1 the entire machine was bumpy and had to be manually held while making dough. We thought that is to be expected but later found out that its a defect. And now the stirrer stops while making dough because it has started to touch the bottom end of the bowl. We probably used it once every two weeks so ~26 uses in the last one year. Didnt expect such low quality product from kitchen aid. I am not sure what to expect from kitchen aid or best buy.

unlucky day i get a lemon. take it home plug in it only make noise the thing will not turn. so come back to store.

I returned it because it sounded like the motor was straining.

I bought my mixer last dec,use it in Jan,now it stop spinning, cant believe this expensive product won't even last for a year!!!!

It was hard to know from the description how small thismodel is, and it was a gift. When I went to return it, it says I can only return until 10/11, which had already passed. Extremely disappointed with this return policy. Won't buy anything here again.

I bought this item online believing that because its a well known brand I could depend on a good quality and service. I was wrong.

Zero stars. Waited 2.5 weeks for it to arrive from Best Buy, used it for a total of 2 minutes, and it never worked again. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes for KitchenAid support, I was told that there's a 3 month back order to wait for a replacement. Instead I'll return this to Best Buy and we'll shop for a different brand.

Bought an open box with minor scratches. Got home, my wife tried to make cookies. The head bounced uncontrollably. Looked closely at the frame and 5he mixer had a fracture. Returned it to best buy. They were great, no issue about the return.

I have had my Kichenaid Stand Mixer for over 30 years. This year alone, I have made almost 1,500 Christmas cookies, Every year I bake a lot of cookies, as well as pies and cakes. I used to bake a lot when the kids were young, but I don't bake as much anymore. I have also made cinnamon rolls and bread using the dough hook. We use our mixer for making the smoothest mashed potatoes too. Finally, after over 30 years of use every week, the motor sounds like it is starting to go. I have always said that I will never buy any mixer other than the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. It has served us well. I highly recommend this mixer to anyone, even if you don't do a lot of baking. It's sturdy and holds up. I just hope when I get a new one, it holds up half as long as this one has.

I ordered one mixer and it would not turn on. Exchanged for a second and it just buzzed. Called KitchenAid and they said to leave on for 30 seconds and after doing so it smoked and flamed. Got a new one from KitchenAid and it seems to work but two lemons from BestBuy seems odd.

It gets hot poor quality. Plus j was missing the cup. Call Best Buy they told me that I need to bring it back second trip over there. The first one was damage too

This is our first stand mixer. We started with the low end because we didn't want to invest too much if it was going to sit unused in a cupboard. Well, the mixer has been used for everything from cakes to icings and pancakes to omelets. The grinder attachment has been used for making burgers and fish patties as well as grinding berries for preserves. This is quickly becoming the kitchen workhorse.

I bought this mixer for my girlfriend during Black Friday. She was so excited when she opened it. The capabilities of this mixer are phenomenal. She was making whipped cream for Christmas Day desserts in seconds. I never realized how many attachments are available with these mixers. They have sausage presses, meat grinders, pasta and ravioli makers and many more options to choose from. This is a great gift idea for the chef in your house, bar none. Only complaint i had was Best Buy shipped it in the box with the description what it was. I don't want my neighbors seeing what i'm getting for one, and if it's a gift and she receives the package, it will spoil the surprise.
