Great mixer to start . Great addition to a kitchen happy with my purchase of this mixer!

Simple to use, clean and the recipes included are helpful for beginners. However, for this model, there are limited compatible accessories. Still good for basic users like myself though

I was just about ready to buy this from another merchandiser when the Best Buy price came up and I saved $50 over where I was going to buy. Great Kitchenaid product - I love it! Wish I would have had it a month earlier with all my holiday baking. Yes it's a lot of money but when I compared to other stand mixers they were so cheaply made but not cheap. I bit the bullet and have loved it!

it's a solid buy you'd expect from kitchenaid it skips a bit with very thick dough other than that I'm very pleased - looks good on the counter, easy to clean, use, yet versatile and adjustable enough

Every cook's dream! If you've only ever used a hand mixer You will be amazed! This makes baking a pleasure--you will no longer dread working with dough. Very strong and sturdy --but not practical if you want to stick it in a cupboard --it does take up room --luckily it is a piece of art ---any cook would display this baby proudly.

I had a sunbeam that started to smoke when I added the chocolate chips to cookie batter. When my Dad died I inherited this mixer. My mom used it for years and it's still working great. It takes the chocolate chips and just keeps on going.

Love this mixer. I just replace my old one. Would recommend this to anyone.

A great mixer. Heavy so you know it can handle tough jobs. It's quiet and does the job everytime. I've been using it almost every other day just to play around with it. If you love to cook, cut your prepare time in half. Get this mixer.

This is an excellent mixer and I am totally satisfied with it, the only SLIGHT problem I could find with it is that the mixer whisk does not reach the bottom of the bowel, so if you're not careful you may have some unmixed ingredients after using it.

This is a great buy. The name brand is on that everybody should have at home. It does so much for the right price. If you need a mixer with a bunch of attachments to buy. Great color options.

My wife was so happy for this mixer, she even bought additional accessories that didn't come with this unit. Still excellent KitchenAid product.

This is my first KitchenAid stand mixer, and I am thrilled to have it. Works great for my weekly baking. Wish it had a bit more horsepower, but I knew what I was getting when I ordered it so I can't really complain. Can't go wrong with a KitchenAid!
