No protection for a lemon

Unfortunately, it is not returnable. We would have had to return it before it was installed and before we knew that it did not work. We have been waiting 14 days for the Whirlpool service to come and fix it under warranty. Unfortunately, Best Buy does not do warranty work but they would come out for an additional fee. Aside from not being able to cook for two weeks, this has caused a cascade of other problems including spoiled food we had to throw away. Don't buy KitchenAid. The Whirlpool guy is no longer the loneliest guy in town.

Excellent Range

It turned out to be a disaster. After waiting for service from Whirlpool/KitchenAid, we were told it needed SEVEN pairs. None of which were available. Some of which were not going to be available for 8 months!!!!!! The biggest disappointment I've had at Best Buy. Most unhappy.

New Stove

Bestbuy was wonderful and I upgraded to the professional model again

Industrial KitchenAid Range
