Bought this for my wife and we are pleasantly surprised on how good it is. Can make quick work of solids for stews, smoothies and other cooking needs.

I have been using this mainly for my European Nescafe Frappe and it works great! Have not used it for anything else yet but the unit is well made and the bottom arm can be removed for cleaning purposes. The variable trigger switch is a little difficult to use consistently especially going from low to high speeds, better to have a two or three-stage switch for 2 or 3 speeds respectively! The trigger switch difficulty is the reason for 4 stars.
