Trying to contact Kitchen Aid, chat isnt working, been on hold for one hour and 32 minutes on phone and no one will answer. This is just ridiculous. Come on Kitchen Aid, talk to customers. It looks like a really nice product but I can only do 2 pieces of toast at a time and cant bake anything higher than 350 degrees. Kind of pricy for a 2 slice toaster. Sure wish someone would help me.

Broil Function not right

Top elements should stay ON for broil, but this is not designed that way and with a max of 450, cannot broil. Would retuen but purchased a few weeks ago and return policy was 15 days only, so now stuck with it. Tried to do a nonAmazon purchase to support other businesses and this is what i get, 15 day return policy.

Great countertop oven

Just what we needed for a quick meal when we don't want to wait for big oven to heat up and just need something small. Works just as expected. No complaints.

Bad at toasting anything!

I am returning it as soon as possible.

They only need bake, broil, convection (air fryer) in my opinion. The other stuff is filler. Great gor the price.

Everything is working as it should when it's new. Who knows about years from now. Other than that, good buy.
