OMGosh, love this 7cup processor. I honestly don't know why I waited this long to purchase one. Using it is so easy and I love the way the bowl itself goes on, totally different than older models and a breeze to clean. Larger families IMO would be better off buying a larger capacity bowl. Easy to use and small enough to not take up much counter space.

I cook a lot and this has been the best food processor that I have ever used! I cannot say enough good things about KitchenAid products! Buy it and you will not regret it!

Bought online, picked-up in-store. Box had small gashes and some of the corners were mashed in. It looked like the product had been thrown around and had heavier product stacked on it.
Once unpacked, there were two large scratches on the base of the food processor where the power cord comes out of the back of the processor.
Totally unacceptable! I'm getting tired of paying high prices for name brands only to find that the quality and quality control of the product are seriously lacking. Maybe I should have bought a $30 Hamilton Beach instead?
Most definitely going back for a refund.

The Best! Can’t believe we didn’t buy earlier. It’s very good at doing what it needs to do without being to loud. It’s very easy to clean and yo use. Not to big and bulky so it has its place in the kitchen counter. A must buy! We are very happy with it!

Excellent processor. Smaller which works great for one or two person households. Two speeds plus pulse. The slicer and grater plate work great for grating cheese, carrots, ginger but the chute is smaller than normal so some things have to be cut to fit.
I haven't used the chopper yet but I like that you can use either the chopper or the grating/ cutting plate separately.
Small but very powerful. Great price when on sale.

I keto, I like making my own almond butter, ketchup, salad dressings, syrups, dips, etc. this processor gets it done. Makes prep so much easier. It also grates cheese, and veggies. The blades are very sharp so watch your fingers while taking it out to clean.

Because this was my first food processor, at age 65, I was intimidated. My previous experience was with KitchenAid mixers & blenders. After using manual hand graters to shredd vegi's and slicing my knuckles and finger tips too many times to remember.. I found and ordered this KitchenAid food processor. Beautiful right out of the box. So far I've used it for fine shredding of carrots for carrot cake, and, shredded/pureed zucchini for zucchini bread. Very easy to use, & quick to accomplish what I needed done. Cleanup was easy first time by handwash, and, then next time in top rack of dishwasher. Storage of the shredder/slicing disc, and chopping blade, simple and neat inside the processor bowl. Fits well inside my cabinet but if I had counter space, that is where I would proudly display it. Love it!

I have only used the appliance a couple times. So far it is a good product for my use. One has to watch how long the machine is on when attempting to "chop" vegetables or they end up very fine.
It is pretty easy to clean, and I was impressed with how quite it is when it runs. The cord wraps around the base for storage keeping the cord safe and not snagging on anything when retrieving it from the cabinet.

I bought this but decided not to keep it. I already had the 3.4 cup mini processor which was 240 v and the 7 cup was 250 v. It didn't seem more powerful that my mini, I didn't chop food but I just ran it empty and the only time it sounded close to the mini was when i had it on pulse.
I'm sure it's a great machine but I wanted something more powerful.
I would have kept it if I didn't already have another that seemed more powerful, I'm sure it would have gotten the job done, but my personal preference was something a little stronger.

Cool little did processor. Doesn’t take up much space and gets the job done if you don’t have tons of stuff to break down. I don’t want a large food processor because I don’t want to stir another large kitchen appliance. This is an acceptable compromise between size and completed task. There are a lot of small pieces you could lose with it so keep everything together if you can. The unit for pushing material down the shoot is shaped poorly. It can be pushed (with force) down the shoot, but will not come up because it not a symmetrical design. Kind of dumb to make the mistake, but there is t any real practical reason to design it this way.

It has been almost 2 years of trusty service from the food processor. Reliable is the main reason why we purchased over Ninja. The Ninja started to get a burning smell in the motor so we tossed. With KitchenAid you get an ultra reliable product. Blends everything we try but have not tried ice (have refrig for that). No issues. Blade ultra sharp and cleaning easy. Typical KitchenAid awesome product. I must have

This is a large food processor so if you don't have room to store look else where. That being said the sheer power of this processor is incredible. We used to use our ninja blender as a food processor and this Kitchen Aid embarrasses our Ninja. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this product! We use it a lot and it was well worth the money! I highly recommend this size as it allows you to do more in less time and it’s super easy to clean!!

A few years ago, I got rid of my 40 year old Cuisinart food processor because it was too heavy and took up too much storage space. I have missed the functions of a food processor, After considerable research, I purchased this model. It is compact with a good size bowl. I like how the attachments are stored inside. I have sliced, shredded and mixed with no problems. The only negative things I have observed are: (1) the lower blade has difficulty blending items below the blade, (2) the slicer/shredder leaves pieces between the blade and the top that are not sliced/shredded, and (3) there is a tiny spot in the lid that catches food and is difficult to clean.
