This is the first food processor I've owned and it works great. I use it mostly for chopping onion, celery, and carrots when I make Bolognese sause and it has worked great every time. It is also pretty easy to clean so I like that too.

This is a pretty good first buy food processor, it’s mostly plastic parts and Pieces of foods can get hung up around the tube area when pushing it down, but all in all it will grate a bunch of cheese in seconds.

I love this food processor and use it all the time.It will save you money by grating your own pasta cheese as cheese is cheaper by the brick and you grate it at home.No more cut fingers with slicing and dicing vegetables for recipes .Easy to clean as you put a drop of dish liquid and run it to make sure the blade gets clean inside.Easy to use and a good value

This item is an absolute helper in the kitchen not just for baking, but also for finely mincing vegetables in a uniform manner. It doesn't take too much space for those in a smaller kitchen

It’s smaller than I want but it works and does what I need.
I would recommend this to a friend

Used it 5 or 6 times since purchasing it and it works just as expected. Is lighter and has a smaller footprint and many similar sized processors so it stores easily.

Easy to use, directions for blades easy to follow. The top connects without problems. The grating it does for cheese and vegtables saves a lot of time. I

I like the KitchenAid brand as their products always look nice from the design to quality. The product was delivered in the timely manner. I didn’t have a chance to use it yet, but it’s just the right size with all the accessories that I need. Highly recommended!

I had always wanted a food processor and liked the general premise of this product so I gave it a try. I found the shredder function to be useless as the vegetables you push down into the blade will only shred partially and then the rest of it will just fall on top of the spinning blade, causing you to stop, open lid, correct issues, repeat. In addition, the plastic clip with the metal holder that keeps the blender in place has broken on more than one occasion. Just be careful when cleaning the top piece because if it falls and you crack a bit of plastic piece off, it's harder to use. Outside of that, the blender can do a good job at chopping and and doing food prep.
Honestly, if you're looking for a product that just chops and does sauces, etc. You're better off with a smaller, less clunkier version of this item. The cordless 5 cup food processor was much better to use for what I wanted.

I like that it's not too big or too heavy to use.

This was a replacement for a an old machine that was so big and heavy I seldom used it. I've used it 3 times just since I got it and I really like it.

great appliance, used it numerous times, perfect for what I wanted it for and very solid. KitchenAid products are the best, ps I've bought them all at best buy

This kitchen aid food processor is excellent . Very easy to put container on. The 3 buttons are great and ease to use. This is a good size for small family.

This thing is strong. Better than the tree other cheap brands we had before that kept breaking after a year or so. Wife loves it and I think it will last (plus we got the BestBuy coverage anyways)

Love this food processor! Glad my old Black & Decker broke. This one with the lower speed chops parsley very quickly, evenly and it doesn’t get soggy. Can put hot sautéed eggplant in for mixing Baba Ghanoush. I do have to remember to take the top off before pouring, otherwise the top will fall off on the floor. Very easy to clean and reassemble.

Does what I need it to do! No issues thus far. Cleaning has been pretty easy. Only thing in hindsight is I wish I'd gone for a larger size. If I load this to the brim it understandably doesn't work as well. Which isn't a flaw in the product, it's a flaw in my decision making.
