It takes less time to mix up cookie dough, no stopping to scrap down the butter/sugar mix that sticks to the sides. Only drawback, it makes the bowl turn really tight into the base...so I started using the bowl with the handle.

A nice Kitchen-aid tool

The scraper tool keeps everything pretty well mixed. It's a really nice mixing tool to have.

Mixer blade

We use our mixer a couple of times a week and have had it for 15 years. I liked this and bought it because I could look at it in the store. It is different than the original because it has the rubber scraper edge which is way nice. Glad I bought it. I should have got two for when this one wears out!
