Better than than the original
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had the original beater that came with the product but the white coating started to chip away and fall into the bowl. So I figured it was time to purchase a new beater and glad I chose this one with the flex edge. It really does reach the edges and I haven't had any issues so far.

This is my second purchase of one. My first last for over 6 years with all the use of it.

Should come with the mixer....

I think for the more expensive mixers this comes as part of the package, but for the less expensive versions, it doesn't. It will be bought again when the rubber no longer holds its shape and stops scraping the 5Qt bowl as good as it is now!

My son and daughter-in-law were here and noticed it and commented they wish they would have bought one for their KitchenAid. So I got them one for Christmas. A nice stocking stuffer

I currently dont have much space to put the big mixer out, but spring is coming and lots of baking will be done and it will be put to good use.

Wanted metal not plastic
