    I love my Kitchenaid mixer but always hated having to stop it to scrape the bowl. With this blade, it automatically scrapes the edges while it mixes and so nothing gets left on the sides. I recommend it!

    The flex edge on this mixing attachment is great. You don't need to stop and scrap the edges like with the regular one that came with the mixer. Love this attachment. Use it 99% of the time.

    I have gone through many paddles on my stand mixer but this one works the best. It will scrape anything from the sides and dump it back into the bowl to get mixed.

    I was growing frustrated with the other "beater" that comes with the Kitchen aid having to stop and scrape the sides. Now I don't have to and makes cooking/baking a lot easier!
