It doesn't work, contact best buy right away so they can fix their error and not give you the run around on getting it replaced with correct attachment.

Doesn't really do any scrapping.

Did not know it was for the tilt head mixer only.

When I called to see if there KitchenAid made one for my mixer I was told "no", but I could buy a NEW mixer that it would fit. I passed on that idea.

The other issue was when it did scrape it was going up the beater to a point where I had to keep stopping the mixer so the dough didn't come out of the bowl. It may be good for average mixing but not for cookie dough.
