Makes baking easier
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a Kitchen Aid mixer I purchased years ago for my baking frenzies. I rarely used it because it was so difficult to scrap the batter on the side of the bowl while the bowl was in the mixing stand. I saw the mixer paddle with the rubber scrapper that is shaped to scrap the size of the bowl and I thought I'd try it. I LOVE it! It makes mixing dough sooooo easy. Caution: if you're mixing back-to-back batches of dough, after you wash the paddle after batch #3, let it dry overnight. After 3 back-to-back uses and washings, the rubber gets a little soft and doesn't scrap the side of the bowl as well as when the rubber is stiff.

Less scraping while baking!
