I absolutely love this dishwasher! It is well-built, roomy and its great configuration allows for plenty space to load a variety of items. The top third rack allows for more space for glasses. It cleans very well and very quiet. I got the model with the controls in the front instead of of on top of the door on purpose and absolutely love that feature. My last one was a GE Profile with the controls on the top of the door, which was it difficult to see where in the cycle it was once it was running and I had all sorts of problems with the panel freezing and needing to restart. In addition, the whole process with Best Buy, from the purchase to installation, was also great. They communicated with me from the get go and provided updates on the date of delivery so that I knew where I was within the delivery window. Once they arrived, the installers did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this dishwasher.

I was in a battle with my insurance company over my roof, and I held out on purchasing a dishwasher until claim was settled. This led to me researching dishwashers for MONTHS! I am so happy with my choice. This dishwasher checked all my boxes. 1. NO top controls or handle. 2. Great at Drying PLASTICS. 3. Fingerprint friendly 4. 3rd rack would be nice. 5. Reliable and Good Brand. 6. Great Reviews. This dishwasher is amazing and lived up to its reviews. Surpassed my expectations. It has cleaned dishes that sat overnight, baked on food, greasy red sauce dishes... cleaned with no prior rinsing/scrubbing!!! The only water left on dishes is if it concaves on dish. I have cups that pool water at the top, but other than that my dishes are dry! I do use Cascade Platinum Rinse Aid and Sam's Members Mark dishwasher pods. The middle rack is so easy to adjust height and on the right side, it can fit taller items. Bottom rack back prong also folds down super easy to adjust for more open space. I did have to remove one of the silverware utensil separators because most of my utensils are thick and round on the ends. It slid off easily. This replaced my 18 year old GE base model that required me to wash the dishes before putting the dishes in dishwasher. I am very happy with my purchase, and Best Buy Geek Squad installers did an excellent job too. They were fast and professional.

I've been using this dishwasher for about 6 weeks now and haven't had any issues as some of other reviewers have stated. BUT it has been a dream the last 6 weeks! It does not make much noise during cycles, leaves dishes spotless and dry. I only use the recommended Cascade Platinum pods. The 3rd top rack for smaller items and oversized utensils is awesome, also love the large capacity. Looking forward to speedier cleanups during the holidays!

Love this dish washer! It is very quiet, I barely know it is running. I only hear a soft swishing. The 3 racks are very nice. I like the shallow top rack for small items and long handled utensils Dishes come out very dry which is huge improvement over my last washer The only thing that takes getting used to is how low the bottom rack sits.

Quiet, does a great job cleaning the dishes, and I love the layout of the racks EXCEPT the utensils holder on the bottom rack. Every other row has holes that are too small for even a normal knife blade so only half of the slots are usable. Otherwise, I would’ve given it five stars. We air dry, so I can’t comment on the drying.

You really can’t tell if this dishwasher is running, it’s SO quiet. Love the finish which doesn’t show fingerprints. The third rack is much more useful than many other designs which only accommodate flat items. Prefer the recessed handle since I have a galley kitchen. Looks very sleek too. Very happy with this choice.

Great dishwasher- cleans well and is very quiet. Dries ok.

Ordered online on a Sunday and scheduled delivery for that midweek. Needed a GFI outlet for new appliance and the install company was able to do that. The delivery/install gentleman were great. Spent a lot of time on making sure dishwasher was installed properly and working. Cleaned up afterwards too. As far as a Kitchen Aid dishwasher I couldn’t be happier. It’s soooo quiet we are amazed. The convenient top third rack is so useful for small bowls and items. Better than just having one for flatware. Our old dishwasher was a Kitchen Aid and lasted 15 years. I hope this one does too.

This dishwasher is amazing. My old one left food and debris on the dishes. This one has a lot more room because of the third rack. The dishes are always clean and relatively dry when the dishwasher is finished. I had an lg and I will never own another one. I will for now only go with KitchenAid

I like it very much, it us beautiful and so far washes well. Although the insulation in the front under the door is dropping down. I think it is missing a plate that to cover it.

Having three shelves was a new pleasant experience. My last dishwasher let you choose one to 12 hours for the delayed start. This one only has a single 4 hour delay choice. Adjusting the height of the middle shelf is trivial. In my last dishwasher it was a pain. So far, everything has come out clean.

I had Kitchen Aid dishwasher before and the third rack in my new one makes it even better. Your install team had it in and hooked up in no time. I love it. Yay for Kitchen Aid and Best Buy!

Just had the new KitchenAid dishwasher installed. Let it run empty then filled it with dishes and it worked perfectly. Very quiet when compared to our previous dishwasher.
