This works great for what it is, but since I bought it right before an industry upgrade of such type toaster ovens boasting more numerous functions, in hindsight, I've been disappointed with the purchase. It's a great product. It's just that with all my kitchen toys, I'd have been better off having consolidated this size of toaster oven with a rotisserie/air fryer capable model. It has a sleek appearance. Would recommend as a toaster oven.

We wanted to replace our toaster oven because we could no longer read the numbers for the dials (worn off). This toaster oven fit the bill for everything we wanted, and it was a convection oven. We used it for 2 weeks and loved it, but returned it to BB because we found it to be big for the small counter top area where we wanted it. Nothing wrong with the toaster oven, it just looked cramped where we needed to place it. BB was great with the exchange we made. Thanks Best Buy!

I was hoping it would be more like my big convection oven I has in my home. It is nice and works well. Doesn't do things as quick as my large convection oven. Toaster works well. Broiler is good because easier to clean than a large oven.
