Experimented making toast on three different settings. Third try the turning knob stopped working. You can turn it to your setting, let go and it returns to start. Will be returned today and no more Kitchenaid!

Poor Product

The toast operation stopped in December 2020, right after the warranty period. Now it won’t operate at all. I will never purchase another KitchenAid product. I will leave negative reviews on every site I find that has your products.

Don't waste your money

Top knob will not twist, it's stuck on toast. Timer works, but the power will not come on for any other function now. Save your money.

Power does not work.

Bad quality

Maybe about a year later we noticed it would just shut off without warning. Now in January 2020 it'll shut off 3-5 times in one sitting. I would not recommend this product.
