Very good oven looks premium. You can even make pizza in it. My wife likes easy to use part of this oven no digital buttons self explanatory. She loves it. What else expect from the good company.

Given as a gift. It's kind of over sized but by being oversized it has plenty of room to cook larger items, not like smaller ones which limit the size or number of items that can be cooked.

Perfect for baking, broiling and indeed very happy with my purchased. This is my second one as I gave the same exact model to my niece who is in need of reliable, dependable, and efficient oven. Way to go Kitchen Aid

We got this to tide us over until we have a functioning kitchen. It works great, and as long as you don't plan to bake a turkey it will bake and broil anything you want. Intend to add this to our kitchen later.

We switched to using this oven for baking pizza, toasting bread, and warming food...we find it's convenient than using our range oven...seems faster to crisp things...definitely prefer this over warming food in the microwave... Overall we feel it's very useful, should have used it way before.

We bought this unit after our 4 slice toaster oven shorted out. The size is perfect for practically anything you want to cook. It is great for those midday snack for the kids, like totinos or tater tots.

This toaster oven is sturdy and well-built. It does not lead me to believe it is going to fall apart any time soon. It cooks/toasts evenly throughout the oven AND does not burn some pieces while barely toasting others in the oven at the same time!

Great counter top oven when you don't feel like firing up the oven. Use it mostly for warming and toasting, but have done a steak with it and it was very good. Easy to clean and operate.

My old toaster oven was dying. I bought this one and I am very happy with it. The features are great, the size is perfect, actually a little larger than the one that I previously had. The price was right and I am glad that I made the purchase!

I have been wanting a conventional oven for a while and my son surprised me with this brand and I love it. I use it everyday I love the options and the ease not needing to warm up my stove oven.

Our old oven gave up and I wanted something simple to use as a replacement. This one is doing more than I was hoping to use it for. Breakfast toasts, reheating leftover meat, etc. is so easy to do. Check it out, too

It’s a good countertop oven that does reheating to toasting. No need to use your big time Oven for reheating 2 slices of pizza/wings. Looks good in all stainless steel with many heating/toasting options.

The KitchenAid KCO253CU is a good mid level tabletop convection toaster oven. It is not the highest power unit at the price point but it has a cooler exterior temp than others while in operation and has a simple ding when it is done while others had an annoying fire alarm sound. Takes a little longer to make toast than ones I have had in the past and the dial can break easily if turned in the wrong direction so be careful to not over twist dials in wrong direction. Overall it is an improvement to the last model which gave us 5 good years of life. Find it on sale and take the plunge!!

Finally found a perfect countertop oven. Small enough but with big oven capabilities. And it’s a KitchenAid, goes with the rest of my appliances.

Does get hot on sides but it's a toaster. Does a nice job all the way around. When turning off by rotating knobs to off I wish it didn't feel like you are going in the wrong direction with knob - feels like going to damage it.

This was one of my Black Friday purchases, it was used as a Christmas gift and my mother in law loved it . This is one of those products where quality is placed over quantity , overall great product

Its a nice size and looking toaster oven. Cant say much about an oven, but this gets the job done with multi tier and can fit a whole pizza. It has plenty of heating options which makes it very versatile.

I got this for my mother 91 years young she figured out the instructions and found it more convenient to use to prepare her meals instead of using the oven.

I have had this toaster oven for a couple months now. I have only used it as a toaster and to reheat food (e.g. pizza). I like that is has a lot of options, but I don't think the dials are very user-friendly in terms of which function to use when. When I first got it I read the instructions and remember there were a lot of details on the optimal height of the rack for each function and on how to preheat the oven, etc. I have already forgotten those instructions and am just guessing at this point. It would be helpful to have quick tips/symbols on the oven itself, so that we didn't have to go back to the manual all the time. Other than that it seems to work fine and I do recommend it.
