    Purchased for someone else, but they seem to be happy with it and even though they are elderly, do not find it too heavy or difficult to use. I myself have had a Kitchen Aide hand mixer for about 40..

    I don't do a lot of mixing. Mostly brownies and mashed potatoes. Not together of course. That would be gross. It's perfect for my needs. Stores away easily and came at a decent price.

    The speed is less than desired. I could have used a fork to get better speed and mixing than this provided. Poor blending/mixing due to cheap useless beaters. As I stated a fork did a better job than this. I ended up returning this to buy a Hamilton Beach.
