Although this mixer has only 5 speeds, it is quite efficient and does the job. The first time I used it, I whipped up heavy batter with ease. This mixer is capable of all projects for the home kitchen. On its highest setting, the noise is not at all loud; it would be the equivalent of level 2 on a cheaper mixer. This mixer is very light for its output. I love the Turbo beaters because it does not waste a lot of batter when ejected. Overall, this mixer is excellent and very easy to clean. Since this is a Kitchen-Aid product, I know that it is engineered right and will last a long time.

low power trashed the cream couple of times returned the item

this is a pretty basic hand mixer. works well no complaints

Need to have a spare so when the time came to make more cakes.

Although looks nice, disappointing that it is so underpowered.

I bought it because it matches my kitchen stand mixer and processor color. It is beautiful. However, the power is not strong enough for making a nice cotton cake.

FOR A BRAND NAME AS THAT I WAS THINKING IT WOULD BE BETTER THAN SAY SUMBEAM FOR THE MONEY BUT NO DIFFRENTS WANTED IT IN BLACK ALL THEY HAD WAS RED. LIKE I SAID IT'S OK.

No power. Not near as good as my old mixer. Didn’t spin fast enough so I pulled back out my old one

Had to return was difficult for my wife to keep it straight and balance to try to make a tres leches cake better off with a full pledge mixer

This is the slowest hand mixer I have ever seen. I returned it. Even on highest speed setting, it is slower than many models low speed setting.

Cheaply made. One of the beaters fell out of the mixer. It would not stay in place. The item was returned.

This is a simple and compact mixer that, for MOST people, should suffice. I also own a stand mixer from kitchenaid, and I must confess that the simplicity of being able to just disengage these beaters into the sink after use for easy washing makes me think twice before I bust out the heavy mixer. This handheld unit can handle oatmeal raisin cookie batter, which is really the thickest of things I mix anyway. Do my arms get tired? Sure, but it's a workout well-worth it when I consider the minimal washing of tools required. I think all kitchens need a hand mixer like this.

I would like an update on this product, the beaters keep coming out when you try to put them in theur respected wholes.
