Kitchenaid Hand Mixer. Oh, Yea!!!

Was praying and hoping that this mixer would be awesome and would work great! Kitchenaid has awesome products but I needed this mixer to be awesome for Christmas. This mixer was more than I expected. I had 10 pounds of potatoes and I had no problem at all. I didn't even have to put it in the highest speed. I LOVE THIS MIXER. WAY TO GO KITCHENAID!!!

We first used this on something light for a banana pudding recipe that required whisking heavy whipping cream. It did the job and provided ample speeds. I love the low speed and the fact that it didn’t splatter everywhere when starting. Even at higher speeds it did not splatter everywhere.
