It doesn't blow flour, it is easy to clean, and it is not hard to hold onto, even for someone with mild to moderate mobility issues.

With Thanksgiving 2 days away and sweet potatoes pies to be baked, off to the local BB. This mixer helped save thanksgiving.

Great for mixing without having to use big mixer

I particularly like it when I'm making something on the stove. I can mix easily and conveniently and then add it to the pan I am cooking in. It is light weight so my hand does not get tired holding it. I am very pleased with this mixer.
