I am disappointed in this mixer and am now looking for something else to replace it. Just made a box cake mix today and on high setting it barely mixed the cake mix compared to previous mixers I have used. Usually after 2 minutes on medium a cake mix is very well mixed and starting to get a little "fluffy". Not happening with this mixer.
