Kitchenaid mixers are wonderful and extremely useful. I use it to make bread, mix things, and make pasta.

I had read reviews ranging from great to no way on the KA stand mixers. I am happy to say that when I opened the box and prepared to use it for the first time, I saw none of the problems others had listed. I'm so thankful that the issues were taken care of prior to my purchase.

I bought this mixer after doing alot of online research because I needed a mixer with power. I bake a lot of heavy mixtures like pound cakes and cookies, and previous mixer ( which I thought were strong ) would burn up or start smoking. This mixture mixed my cakes and cookies with ease !!!

Could use a bit more power. Bowl hard to snap in with fixed beater. Only used with bread hook so far. More to come.

Good unit for the price. you will need to buy the extender for the paddle as it does not go always to the edge of the bowl.

I absolutely love my new KitchenAid mixer. I was hesitant because of the price but have always heard great things about them. I am so glad I bought one since I make large batches of baked goods. SO much easier now!

We never had a mixer before and we make a lot of bread at home. I had a doubt that this mixer was not going to handle the naan dough, but I was wrong. This is an excellent mixer and makes the finest naan dough.

I bought this to replace my small Kitchen Aid mixer that I have had for about 25 years. Don’t worry. My other is still going strong. I passed it down to my daughter who wasn’t even born when I got it. This is beautiful and perfect.

I did read reviews prior to using my new mixer. I did wash the bowl and attachments. I made a batch of sugar cookie dough and still had some grey streaks in it despite washing everything. After throwing the dough out, I did further research. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think the consumer should have to use an abrasive cleanser to remove residue. Come on, KichenAid.

I bought this mixer for my wife birthday...and she got very excited for her gift...very sturdy kind of heavy..looks like it can mix anything..now almost every week Im eating cakes,pizza even bread made by my wife..so everybody is happy at home...

Definitely worth it to get the 6 Qt. Like the lift v head tilt of the artisan model. Only thing I did not like was the shipping package. Best Buy sent the product in just the Kitchenaid box rather than putting the product into a larger box to ship.

This mixer does it all, great for all around use for baking and the ability to do more with attatchments.
