    Mixer operates fine just seemed to believe that it was opened and returned because it came in no plastic inside the packaging protecting the Mixer. Just scared if it was used that it may stop working. Awesome at the moment though!

    I've used it several times since I have received it & it really helps cutting down on the time it takes to "mix" as I'm getting older, I have less energy to bake. So this has helped in bringing back my passion to bake.

    Works well. Like the bowl scraper on the blade, however you still need to scrape sides of bowl to get product completely mixed. Mixes much better than my older model.
