Looks good, works great

As a note - the bowl that came with ours had a residue on the inside of it that we weren't aware of. We did wash the bowl before its first use however once it got going you could see the grey residue coming off in the cookie dough. Needless to say the batch of cookies was ruined. After looking online we saw that this had happened to many people. We ending up scrubbing it with a vinegar solution and it eventually came off and haven't had an issue since. So if it's your first time using it I would scrub it with some vinegar and soap til you can't see the residue anymore. It wasn't really a deal breaker for us and look forward to using this mixer for a long time.

Finally, a good one

First unit was making a grinding noise and stopped turning about 10 minutes into first use. Exchanged for new one and before using, plugged in and was making an even louder grinding noise. Took the second unit back the same day and asked customer service rep to try in store and a few people came to see what all of the noise was. Could hear the unit in the entire store. Asked for new unit, but wanted to see and hear it run before taking it home. Third unit was good and has been good since. Would give 5 stars if not for the bad two units.

great mixer

It was only intended to be used as a mixer for cookies and bread, but with the the extra attachments that can be purchased this mixer is fantastic. We have purchased the ice cream mixer so far and have enjoyed homemade cream as well as cookies.
