    I recently started a small gourmet dog treat business & made this investment to help with the dough. Oh. My. Lanta I love it! It saves hours in mixing and kneading time! It’s so sturdy and cleanup is a breeze. I love it.

    I received this as a Christmas gift. I've always used the little hand mixers so it's great to have a nice mixer. I made heavy dough sour cream sugar cookies. The mixer worked great except I noticed gray streaks through the dough. I Googled this and found that others have had this problem. I thought I washed the bowl well before using it but maybe there was some manufacturing residue left. I haven't used it again yet but am hoping the problem will be gone now that the bowl has been washed several times since. Otherwise I love it and am looking forward to finding things to make using it.

    The first thing I made was oatmeal, raisins and nut cookies. The cookies were great. I've never been able to mix the cookie mix correctly until KitchenAid.

    Excellent mixer! Replaced an older Artisan mixer that was a hand me down. The matte blue finish is amazing, and I’m glad I was persistent in watching for it to come back in stock online. Highly recommended!
