    Every kitchen should own this stand mixer. If you love to bake it will make your job so much easier. I just don't know how I lived without it for so many years.

    You can never go wrong with the KitchenAid mixers. My mom had one for over 40 years and it still works. My only tip would be that you wash the stainless steel bowl very very well before using it. The first time I made cookies I had washed and rinsed it out but the scraping of the mixer blade and the bowl caused the dough to turn gray.
