Cookies get done so much faster! I can use this while my husband is sleeping…on highest speed and he sleeps right through it!!! My husband was upset but I teased him and said it’s gluten free bread baby. He just chuckled and said yea. I’ve made my gluten free bread and gluten free cookies in it. I have Celiac and it is so much cheaper to make than to buy already made in store. You will love it if you buy it!

I decided I couldn’t live without one though, but I didn’t need one so large. This is perfect. I can do double batches of cookies. A large amount of mashed potatoes, breads and other doughs. It mixes beautifully, it doesn’t miss areas like my old mixer did. I love it.

Surprised it lasted that long. I have been wanting a kitchenaid stand mixer for years and FINALLY found it on sale. This thing is a beast. Very heavy, solid construction and a workhorse. It has performed flawlessly for the last month and a half of regular use. This machine is equally as solid as my kitchenaid pro blender and far outperforms my former stand mixer!! Hopefully this one will outlast my former mixer too!
