Had an issue but was taken care of quickly

Feels sturdy. The only thing is that all settings worked until you turn it up to 10, then it sparked out of the back and the breaker flips off. Not great. It was past the 30 days return to Best Buy, but kitchen aide was really good and sent a new one out very fast. Not great that the first one did not work, but everything got fixed and handled professionally.

I wish we had more room in our kitchen to store it but it does look pretty impressive on the counter space we found. Bought the classic "chrome metallic"... so it looks pretty good. As far as function, it does everything you hope it would. I can't say this is a "must have"... but if you have a cook (or want to be cook) in the kitchen, they will love it!
