We bought the red model and unfortunately it did not work at all. We plugged it in and it did nothing. Thankfully, we were able to exchange it at Best Buy for the same model just in a different color. The silver model works great and I've already made scones, cookies and Yorkshire pudding. There has been a learning curve as my prior mixer had the lock on the left and controls on the right and this is the opposite, but I'm slowly getting used to it.

I love this product. During these tough times, I have started baking. My daughter suggested this mixer. It is great. I have been able to make cookies, cream puffs, and homemade biscuits for the first time.

This mixer is such a pleasure. No skimping, I wanted the best and this does it all. I can't wait to get more attachments and especially the ice cream maker. I have a child who is gluten free and make a lot of home made food. Now it's a pleasure and not a chore anymore.

Pay for it once, don't buy cheaper models/brands. Heavy duty construction. Locks nice, cleans easy.

With increased stay-at-home time, baking has increased so we got this stand mixer to replace an old hand-held mixer. We love it! Even were able to get the color that matched the kitchen decor.

I recently purchased this mixer and I absolutely love it. I haven't been able to purchase any of the attachments yet however just for baking, I have used it several times. It is quick and easy. It is also easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this.

This is what my daughter, a professional chef, recommended to buy and it is working like a charm. The only thing I don't like is too heavy but I guess it will keep the mixer stand it without moving. Overall it is an excellent product.
