So much better than the Pro 5 Plus

Even though it has less wattage, it takes about half the time to mix something. Doing a side by side comparison with my pro 5, this beats egg whites into stiff peaks soooo much faster. I can get my roll dough nice and soft in about 7 minutes on this compared to over 15 minutes on the pro 5, and they’re still not as soft. I love this! I boxed up the pro 5 and put it in the pantry.

Great but expected more from the brand and price.

The whole mixer will move/rock . Also, one of the paddle attachments is difficult to get on. It is beautiful, I just expected it to be more powerful.
