    The mixing paddle hits the bowl. The mixer bucks and bounces and the tilt lock lets go. Will be returning the mixer for exchange. Cannot recommend the unit based on the one I received.

    Purchased this as a gift for my mom - she loves it!! This model is by far the best in my opinion. It comes with the pouring shield - I've seen some people say that this is essential, but my mom says that she hasn't needed to use it. Love all of the color options and Best Buy had a great price.

    Great purchase!! Used for making cookies for holiday's. Did not disappoint!! 1 con I would say is the weight. Heavy to move, especially if you need store in different location than your counter.
