Only problem was a lining in the metal bowl from the company that needs to be scrubbed out with baking soda or some strong cleaner. If not, there will be gray stuff in your food.

The motor head shakes while kneading dough

It allows for easier removal of the bowl and switching of attachments. Has less power than older model but seems adequate for our use.

Disappointed

I've used this a quite a bit since purchase and it works...most of the time. It really seems to struggle with thicker pastry doughs to the point you worry about a motor burning out. I find myself still kneading by hand to avoid the headache. If you plan on working with heavier doughs, go with a stronger model.
