Great Stand Mixer

Makes it so easy to bake, cook, make breads, etc. I have made, cakes, cookies, pizza dough, and breadsticks so far and all have been very easy. The mixer has a lot of power and is easy to clean up after use. Definitely recommend to anyone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen.

It works like a charm to both mix and knead the ingredients. Be sure to download the online manual — it is essential to know the proper speed settings to use so that you do not burn out the motor. KitchenAid mixers have always had a great reputation.
