    My daughter loves to bake and she asked for a Kitchenaid mixer for her 10th birthday, so we got her Kitchenaid - Artisan Series Tilt-head Stand Mixer - Caviar (Black). She loved it and uses it all the time.

    We just built a new house and for the most part tried to outfit the kitchen with high end quality appliances. The Kitchenaid mixer was a great addition. It's tough, versatile and can handle anything you can throw at it.

    Overpriced. I also could never understand how much mixer I need. So far I've only made bread and pizza dough - it makes great dough!

    Great color, this new model has a much bigger bowl than my last. Definitely can do a few batches in one bowl, rather than one batch at a time. Wait to buy it when it's on sale under $300 :D

    Preparation has been so much easier with this stand-up mixer. I look forward to trying more baked goods and pasta. I am also very glad I got the tilt version. I do not need anything more.
