    Only used it about 10 times and it made a clanging noise and started smoking. They have a 1 year warranty and after that you have to pay to get it fixed. They used to be good mixers but now there cheap junk. Don't waste your money!

    So, I take it out of the box as soon as I get it home, start following one of their provided recipes, and the thing jams up. Needless to say, their expectations of this product are inflated.

    I was so excited that I finally got a Kitchenaid mixer and then I found the scratch, I will be returning it to Best Buy. I never used it so I don't know if it is a good buy or not but I will be ordering another when I return it. My advise would be to check everything before using your mixer.
