Then I started using the KitchenAid mixer for my usual recipes like waffles, and sure enough, the rest of the family noticed how much better food turned out. The KitchenAid is nice to look at, functions very well, and just simply works. No frills, but then none are needed.

No wrist or hand strain, just put your items in and flip the switch. If you cook for a lot of people I'd recommend an additional mixing bowl for an easy swap in/out.
