Works great so far, it saves us a lot of tine and effort, especially for baking. The additional attachments are a little pricey, but they worth the money.

Have used it a couple times and it works very well. Only thing I have found to be sort of a pain is that I have to drop the bowl down every time I need to scrape the bowl(just use a lever to drop the bowl) I didn’t pay attention to the fact that the bowl has a little bump in the center and I didn’t scrape it well and my cookies came out funny. I found out that a lot of sugar was in the last couple scoops at the bottom because it didn’t mix well. So basically you just have to be sure you scrape that bottom portion well.

I have always been a hand mixer when it comes to cooking, I just was always worried my ingredients wouldn't be mixed properly. Well let me tell you how wrong I was!!! This mixer works perfectly and saved me sooo much time during the holidays with all of my baking and cooking dishes!!!

Use it to make homemade bread. With a separate milling attachment i grind mybown flour then mix it all in this one device

My wife had been asking for one for over a decade. Had an antelope to process so I get her this and the meat grinder attachment for myself. Worked flawlessly.

Durable and long-lasting device. This type has a great bowl size and color looks great.

I’ve made homemade bread and dinner rolls so far. Mixing the thick bread dough was easy using this mixer. It is a little on the loud side but after researching online, that is to be expected. Can’t wait to make a bunch of cookie doughs for Christmas.

It has been able to support bi-weekly high volume mixes from my wife, and it get the work done really quick since it's powerful motor.

This is a professional grade mixer, and with it comes a professional grade motor. It is very nice, and meets all my needs, but tends to be very loud.

Nice family toy, first week everyone was waiting for a turn to use it, cookie dough, pizza dough etc. Makes baking fast and easy. Beautiful red color.

I got this with the primary intent of kneading bread dough in this as opposed to baking desserts. I had the mindset of spending less on a device that could do multiple roles at an okay to good job as opposed to buying dedicated appliances. With that in mind, as far as kneading dough goes, would depend heavily on your bread making skills, but it should be noted that after a few minutes of kneading you would need to stop to rotate/scrap the bottom of the bowl out to effective knead the dough in its entirety. As a desert making machine, this thing is tops and I am typically more content with this device mixing desserts than making bread. I have not bought the additional attachments to test out other features such as the meat grinder or pasta maker. The mixer is also LOUD and I have my suspicions on the quality of the mechanisms inside the mixer itself.

Overall a good product. In my opinion, the whisker does not reach the bottom of the bowl, could be improved

This mixer had everything my wife was looking for. Enough power to handle all the various doughs and mixes we have thrown at it. It looks great on our counter in Empire Red.

The mixer was given as a gift. The recipient thought it was beautiful, but decided not to keep it because she already had a KitchenAid mixer.

More power,bigger bowl than previous kitchen aid. Taller overall than tilting head one. This mixer has fixed head, takes a little getting used to. Elevator is cool , have to take off beater to remove bowl. Not a big problem just different. Big bowl makes scraping easier. Looking forward to years of cookies.

I am a professional chef, 25+ years in the business and I've had a lot of experience using these mixers. If treated well, this mixer will last a life time. The only issues I've had are the gears will eventually wear down in time and also the finish on the paddle mixers will start to come off, but this is from constant use. If you enjoy all aspects of cooking, then along with good knives, this is one of the tools you should have in the kitchen. I managed to buy this on sale.

So far - so great! very happy with the decision, so much so, I got another for my son's b-day present. It's my first stand mixer and it changed my kitchen life. I haven't made bread or heavy mixtures yet, but have made cookies and cakes. Also used the attachment for peeling and coring apples. It did a super great job. It is very smooth, steady, sturdy and s3xy. :) (This purchase date is for my second acquisition of this same exact mixer)
