Powerful and fast...

It does take a little adjust to recipes that are not using a mixer likes this, as not to over beat the batter. Also, while it is not worth removing a star, the mount mechanism spring seems a light too tight and can be difficult to remove/replace the bowl. Hopefully it loosens up with usage

Excellent lift stand mixer

This new mixer has a larger bowl 5qt and a more powerful motor which works really well mixing the sourdough. Really like the way the bowl attaches firmly. Great purchase and would highly recommend it
