Heavy duty mixer

It has already been used for several batches of cupcakes! I know we will get plenty of use out of this. The only real downside is that it does take up a lot of counter space...and it feels a little too heavy and bulky to be easily moved around and stored in cabinets.

Just having this mixer encouraged a lot more baking over the past 18 months. Some of the extra attachments seem over priced but I also purchased the ice shaver to make snowball desserts

The beater is the only full unfinished metal piece now, the dough hook and regular mixer are now powder coated white vs the old raw metal design. Might be cheaper for them to produce, but they are dishwasher safe now!
