I have purchased this for a gift as I own one. I love it and I know the new bride will also.

I bought this to replace a 20 year old standard Kitchenaid mixer. I was amazed immediately how light this was compared to my old one. When I used it making bread (same recipe as in old one) it mixed it well but the bowl moves around a bit on the lift slide and you could tell the motor at times was working harder than others. Overall it did the job but didn't seem as rock solid as my older one and the motor definitely doesn't seem to be (just by sound) nearly 70% more powerful. For a new mixer I suspect it is top notch though.

I love this mixer! I use it all the time. So awesome! And I bought it on sale at a great price! I also bought the pasta maker attachment which works amazing as well.

I'm very happy with my mixer! Not too noise, easy instruction, easy to clean. I really like the idea to put down the bowl instead of lift the head, for me it makes everything more easy.

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend. She loves to bake to relieve stress and she has been eyeing this for a very long time. I got it for her to help her out, since I know she would never actually ask to get it. She was so happy to have it, I thought she was going to cry right then and there.

This is a powerful mixer and it does save time and muscle. Fall through winter, I make a lot of bread and cookies, and this mixer with the hook attachment takes most of the work out of the process. What I don't like about it, is it doesn't mix the bottom of the bowl very well and it's really difficult to add ingredients while it's on. There's also very little work space to scrape sides down even with it off and the bowl lowered. The mixing bowl doesn't turn, and I knew that before I bought it, but I didn't realize how much I would need the bowl to turn with such little room to work with. I have to remove the mixing attachment completely to scrape the bottom of the bowl and that really is messy and frustrating. If given the chance to make this purchase again, I wouldn't buy this one. I would buy the flip top version instead.

I’ve always wanted a kitchen aid mixer and I absolutely love it. It has the power needed to mix just about anything. I’m very happy with this purchase. Best Buy offered a great deal

Love the color. I have used it a couple times and I have no doubts that I made an excellent choice with this one. The only draw back for me is you have to take the attachment out to remove the bowl.

This item is a dream come true!! I’ve always wanted one of these… and it’s the perfect color and as always by kitchen aide an EXCELLENT quality. Made doing my bake goods a breeze!!

This stand mixer has helped my daughter and I bake up a storm leading up to Christmas. I wonder how we never thought about purchasing one before

This is the first KitchenAid Mixer I have ever bought and I'm very satisfied with it. I mainly use it to mix cookies dough even though I know it can do so much more. I bought additional attachments thinking it would motivate me to cook more, but I haven't tried them yet.
