I have mixed up double batches of breads and buttercream frosting and worked very well! A little disappointed by the lack of basic options I'm seeing for the bowl lift though. I woukd like to see a glass or ceramic bowl option.

Just what we were looking for to do our holiday baking.

I had a mixer that was a wedding gift from 38 years ago. It still worked but I sure wanted to splurge on a new mixer. The price was right so I bought it. I love it! So far I’ve made cookies and 4 loaves of bread. The mixer works great but my bread making needs some help.

The original unit was defective; the flat beater hit the side of the bowl and could not be adjusted (it was misaligned side-to-side). After calling KitchenAid, a replacement was received in six days. The new unit works great and my wife and I made our first batch of cookies yesterday. So much easier than using the old hand mixer.

great item but not exactly what was asked for by individual receiving it. Tilt head mixer was wanted which is not included with this mixer - the bowl lift was confused with tilt head feature. Item to be returned for replacement.

Excellent mixer, but I wish it had come with a few more heads like the 11 wire whisk.

Bought as a present so I have not used the product myself. However, my daughter loves it uses it the same day she received the product. She did mention its taller than others she was looking at however, is able to fit on her counter under her top cabinets.

This mixer is awesome, looks beautiful on the counter, doesn't take a ton of space and works well

I've had this for 10 months now and I can say, I love it. I really love being able to mix things without holding the mixer and the bowl on the counter. The motor is very strong and does bread dough well with the provided hook. I'm gaining too much weight from all the baking I'm doing, but otherwise it's a great product!

Would recommend this mixer to anyone who loves to bake.

This was s high purchase and on the second use it started making s really bad noise. I will have to exchange it.

I got this for my wife as a christmas gift and she always finds an excuse to use it. We love it, even enough to buy a few over-priced attachments to shred cheese and to make home-made pasta! In all seriousness, it makes it much easier to put together cakes/cookies... Shoot, it'll even mash potatoes.

My husband and i have been wanting one of these for a long time, but they were always so experience and in very large sizes. This is a great size and very sturdy. We use it mostly for making fresh bread. It is large that it doesn't fit on a shelf for storage- we have to cover it and store it on floor of the pantry.

I have always wanted a KitchenAid mixer and when I saw Best BUys price for this one I had to grab it.. I immediately un wrapped and cleaned it, The I made Cream cheese pound cake..and if you have ever made pound cake you k ow its very thick and hard to mix,,well this mixer had no problem at all! Came out wonderful!
