She protested because her old one was still working fine but I wanted to upgrade to match her new, sleek kitchen. She really likes the extra height of this mixer because it makes adding ingredients much easier.

Increased our bread production

Although I love kneading dough by hand, it takes time-especially the clean up. Using this machine eliminates the clean up and need for a large flat surface for kneading. It is great.

Was just browsing in store and came across a great savings that couldn't be passed up. Works and looks great. Tilt head might be a nicer option for changing mixer, but the raising and lowering of the bowl does the job

Excellent for Cooking / Baking

I went with the more powerful motor as I will be baking breads and other pastries this semester. I am looking foward to adding various attachments for pasta, ice cream, etc. as my skills progress. I could not be more pleased with this mixer.
